Personal Injury Attorney Fees

Thirty-Three and One-Third Percent (33%  1/3) if there is a settlement achieved before arbitration or trial. 

Forty percent (40%) In the event settlement is achieved after arbitration or within thirty (30)days of trial. 


Personal Injury Attorney Fees for a Minor

Twenty-Five Percent (25%) before arbitration or trial.

Thirty-Three and One-Third Percent (33%  1/3) if award after trial is received, after legal fees shall be one-third.
